9-26

It indicates to me that people here don't have enough money to pay for college or they just don't care enough to get one. It's so low because people can't afford the prices of college. Also we need to push the importance of college and how you need it to really do anything in life anymore. We could lower the prices of college and we could stress the importance of college more while kids are still in high school.

1. I believe that kids should be whipped for misbehaving. Today we are too easy on kids when they do something wrong. All we do is smack them on the hand and tell them not to do it again and that just isn't enough. There, in my eyes, is nothing wrong with whipping your child as long as it doesn't get out of hand. Once with a belt would be more than enough. 2. Views have changed quite a bit over the years. We are now afraid to discipline our kids unlike 20 years ago when your kid misbehaved their parent would beat their butt for it. Now we just baby them and make them think that what they are doing is okay. It needs to change or society will only get worse.

1. Who is to blame for this accident? 2. Should nine year old children be able to shoot guns at a rifle range? 3. Do you feel that uzis and other automatic weapons ever belong in the hands of children? Or in the hands of any human as a matter of fact? I think the person to blame is whoever decide to give a nine year old girl that powerful of a gun, that never should have happened. Yes they should be able to shoot guns but they should not be able to shoot that high powered of a weapon. I feel that they should never be in the hands of a child no matter what, even if a professional is right there helping out. It can be in the hands of humans if they know how to use it and aren't irresponsible in using them.

1. Their first mistake was shooting Michael without having any proof that he was the person they were looking for. The second was continuing to use violence against the public when they just want justice for the family. 2. Excessive force is when more force then necessary is used. Yes excessive force was used in this situation by the police. 3. I would give justice to the family because that's all they want.
